Kit contains the LWS with integrated shoulder pad, 2 rosettes,  V-Lock-Plate, 401-FS7/5-03 Tripod Adapter  Plate, 2 rods Ø 15mm, length 205mm  Top plate with Ø15mm rod attachment, with  integrated mounting points 1/4" and 3/8", pair  of Ø15mm rods - 9cm / 3.55inch with internal  thread (extendable).
