Videocraft Sales and Rentals are open for business

Both Melbourne (Burwood) and Sydney (Artarmon) Stores are open for pickups only, however showrooms are closed.  Store hours are 9:00am to 5pm Monday to Friday for sales and rentals. Phone lines, email, website & live chat are fully functional and open for orders, support and advice.

Videocraft is working hard and doing our best to serve you at this critical time. We appreciate your patience and trust in us. We will continue to do our part providing reliable advice and solutions from our broad range of products on offer.

Online Store is fully operational

The Videocraft Online store is fully operational and dispatching orders that are in stock quickly. For items out of stock we're sourcing and restocking as quickly as possibly, however please note there may be supplier delay and extended delivery timeframes on certain products. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to fulfill orders as soon as possible. 

Stores are open for in-store pickups and deliveries

We offer an in-store pickup option for online orders at our Burwood and Artarmon stores. Please note that the showroom itself is closed. Hand Sanitiser is available at the counters and social distancing measures are in place. Please call, email or live chat for assistance and advice.


Temporary Delivery Delays

Delivery services are experiencing temporary delivery delays of up to 5 business days and on occasions longer. Unfortunately, this is causing temporary delays in processing and delivering online orders. We want you to know that we’re working through all orders as fast as we can. If you’re waiting on an order, rest assured that as soon as it’s ready we’ll contact you by email or phone. 

Temporary stock delays

Due to high demand and temporary supplier delays, you may see a much higher than normal number of items with the availability out of stock or back-ordered. We are re-stocking as fast as we can. Please note our Australian suppliers are also experiencing delays in receiving stock due to word-wide shipping and manufacturing delays.
