Extreme weather and flooding have caused significant damage and closure of rail lines and major roads. This is continuing to disrupt and impact transport infrastructure and supply chains to and from Western Australia. Festive Season Shipping Dates

In the lead-up to the traditionally busy peak period, Australia Post is recommending all items are lodged by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas:

PARCEL POST UPDATE: Australia Post Shipping Delays December 2022

We strongly advise that you do not select Australia Post Standard Parcel Post as a shipping option.

Services for Express Post and Startrack are faster options and we highly recommend that you choose one of these options for your shipping method, however, please note that the next-business-day guarantee for overnight Express Post is currently suspended.

What shipping should you select?

The fastest way to receive your order with Videocraft is via our click n’ collect option, which is available at both our Melbourne and Sydney stores. Alternatively, choose an express shipping method; either Startrack Express or Express Post where delays are minimal.

If you have specific timeframes we do have alternative local express logistics options so email us at websales@videocraft.com.au for custom delivery options.

Delivery

Customers will be provided with Courier details and consignment numbers to track the delivery of their order. Circumstances out of our control such as courier and supply delays can affect the delivery time.

All deliveries from Videocraft will require a signature when it is delivered to you.

If you are selecting a courier to deliver your goods please ensure that the delivery address is occupied during business hours to receive the goods.

All orders that select Delivery shipping will be automatically insured for the delivery, customers do have the option to opt-out of insurance, but Videocraft will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. 

Pickup In-Store 

Available from our Melbourne (Burwood) and Sydney (Artarmon) stores. 

Please wait for an email notification that your order is ready to collect before coming into the store. 

Pick up In-store orders are usually ready to collect within 2 business days unless prior arrangements are made. 

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and proof of identity when picking up your order.
