What Shipping Option Should You Select?
The fastest way to receive your order from Videocraft is Click & Collect, available at our Melbourne (Burwood) and Sydney (Artarmon) stores.
Alternatively, we offer multiple shipping options:
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia Post Express Shipping – 1–2 business days within the same state, 1–3 business days interstate.
- Australia Post Regular Shipping – 2–4 business days within the same state, 3–6 business days interstate.
- StarTrack Express – 2–7 business days, depending on location.
- StarTrack Premium – Next business day between capital cities and major metro areas.
- Local On-Demand Delivery (Small Orders Only) – Same-day delivery within Melbourne & Sydney metro areas using Uber and Yello.
Shipping Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM will typically be processed and dispatched the same day.
Please note: **We ship orders as a single shipment. Delivery Details
- Customers will receive courier details and a tracking number.
- All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
- Ensure someone is available during business hours to receive the order.
- Shipping insurance is included in the Order Processing Charge at checkout.

- Available at our Melbourne (Burwood) and Sydney (Artarmon) stores.
- Wait for an email confirmation before collecting your order.
- Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days.
- Bring a copy of your order confirmation and proof of identity.
