The Sony ACD-N10A AC Adapter/Charger (V-Mount) is a multifunction 100W power supply that mounts on your camera's V-mount battery port. The power adapter can simultaneously power your device, such as a camera with a V-mount battery mount, and charge a V-mount lithium-ion battery mounted on the charger. The power adapter can also supply power via its 4-pin XLR connector, either when the adapter is powered by AC, or a charged battery is attached to the adapter/charger. The ACD-N10A features integrated power and charging indicators, and the 4-pin XLR power output has an on/off switch, allowing you to select when the XLR outputs power.

 

  • The charger supports lithium-ion batteries and does not work with nickel-cadmium (NiCd) or nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries.
  • With a charged battery mounted on the adapter, it will continue to power a connected device if AC power is removed.
  • The power adapter will power your attached device and charge your battery at the same time. However, if the charging requirements exceed the capabilities of the power adapter, it will stop charging the battery and only power your connected device.
