The Lilliput HT7S 7-Inch 4K Touch HDMI 3G-SDI Ultra Bright Monitor is designed for professional and everyday video creators needing a reliable on-camera display. It features a 1920 x 1200 native touchscreen with 2000 cd/m² brightness and HDR support, suitable for DCI 4K and UHD workflows. The monitor includes HDMI 2.0 and 3G-SDI inputs and outputs, plus LANC camera control for convenient operation from the screen.
Display and Image Quality
The 7-inch LCD offers a 16:10 aspect ratio with a 1200:1 contrast ratio, delivering clear, vibrant images even in bright outdoor conditions. Its ultra-bright 2000 cd/m² panel supports HDR formats including ST2084 and Hybrid Log Gamma, ensuring accurate representation of wide dynamic range footage. Native Full HD resolution with scaling for higher resolutions makes it versatile for various camera outputs.
Connectivity and Control
Equipped with HDMI 2.0 and 3G-SDI inputs and loop-through outputs, the HT7S integrates smoothly into professional video setups. The included LANC cable enables control of compatible cameras directly from the touchscreen, covering functions like focus, zoom, iris, and record/stop. This reduces the need to handle the camera physically during shoots.
Power and Mounting
The monitor has a dual L-series battery plate on the back, supporting hot-swappable batteries for uninterrupted operation during long shoots. It also features three 1/4"-20 mounting threads and a 180° tilting shoe mount for flexible attachment options. An optional NP-F adapter allows powering external devices from the battery plate.
Additional Features
The HT7S supports loading 3D LUTs via USB, with 17 default and 6 user-configurable LUT slots for precise colour grading on set. Built-in tools include pixel zoom, peaking, false colour, histogram, exposure check, and timecode display. Audio monitoring is possible through the integrated speaker and headphone jack. Customisable function keys provide quick access to frequently used settings.
