The Sonnet SFP28 10/25Gb Long Range Transceiver is a small form-factor pluggable module that enables high-speed fibre optic connectivity between compatible network devices. It supports data transfer rates of either 10Gb/s or 25Gb/s over single-mode (OS2) fibre optic cable, reaching distances up to 10 kilometres. This makes it ideal for connecting production facilities, edit suites, or remote camera positions where standard copper cabling won't reach or can't deliver the bandwidth needed for uncompressed 4K/8K video workflows.
