The NiSi True Colour ND-VARIO Pro Nano Variable ND Filter (105mm) lets you dial in perfect exposure without the colour shift that plagues lesser variable filters. With 1- to 5-stop adjustment range and hard stops to prevent the dreaded 'X' effect, it's a workhorse for both professional video and everyday stills work. The optical-glass construction with NiSi Nano coating cuts flare and ghosting, while water and oil-resistant properties keep it performing in tough conditions. Stack it on longer lenses (35mm full-frame equivalent, 28mm APS-C) with minimal vignetting thanks to the 105mm front thread and smooth rotating lever.
