Delays in processing and delivering orders
Over the past few weeks, we have experienced an increased demand for our products and longer than average supplier delays. In addition, freight services are experiencing delays of up to 5 business days and on occasions longer. Unfortunately, this is causing us delays in processing and delivering online orders. We want you to know that we’re working through all orders as fast as we can. If you’re waiting on an order, rest assured that as soon as it is ready we will send an email to you. Thank you for your patience.
Customers will be provided with Courier details and consignment numbers to track the delivery of their order. Circumstances out of our control such as courier and supply delays can affect the delivery time.
All deliveries from Videocraft will require a signature when it is delivered to you.
If you are selecting a courier to deliver your goods please ensure that the delivery address is occupied during business hours to receive the goods.
All orders that select for Delivery shipping will be automatically insured for the delivery, customers do have the option to opt-out of insurance, but Videocraft will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please wait for an email notification that your order is ready to collect before coming into the store.
Pick up In-store orders are usually ready to collect within 2 business days unless prior arrangements are made.
Please bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and proof of identity when picking up your order.
