The Blackmagic Design Mini Converter Optical Fibre 12G extends SDI signals over distances up to 16 kilometres by converting SDI to optical fibre and back, simultaneously in both directions. It supports different video formats on each path, and works with SD, HD and Ultra HD signals up to 2160p60. The SFP socket is compatible with 3G, 6G and 12G-SDI modules, allowing standard low-cost optical fibre cables to be used. A locking power connector ensures reliable operation.
