The Blackmagic StudioBridge 100G is a network bridge designed for professional broadcast workflows using SMPTE-2110 IP video over Ethernet. It connects a single 100G Ethernet input to a redundant dual 100G Ethernet broadcast system, ensuring reliable signal delivery in live production environments. The unit supports two 100G Ethernet camera connections that can be combined as long as total bandwidth stays under 100 Gb/s, making it ideal for connecting high-resolution cameras like the URSA Cine 12K 100G to broadcast infrastructure. It includes a dedicated 10G Ethernet port for accessories, an NMOS control interface for network management, and dual redundant power supplies for operational reliability. This is primarily for broadcast engineers and production facilities running IP-based video systems, though anyone working with SMPTE-2110 networks will find it useful for integrating cameras and other sources into redundant broadcast setups.
