The DJI 1-Year Care Refresh Protection Plan for Osmo Action 3 provides one year of coverage, this manufacturer protection plan includes accidental damage protection. Replace damaged cameras up to two times during the protection plan's duration. And, thanks to free 2-way shipping and global support, you'll be back in action in no time. Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement. The code will be emailed to the customer in 2 to 3 business days. Customer information will be relayed to DJI for activation. DJI will email the customer to confirm registration once processed.

 

 
Applicability
DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product within 30 days of purchase. To ensure you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
 
Product Replacement
If damage occurs to the product during normal use or from an accident, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI. Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement.
 
Rewards for Safe Use
If you don't use any replacement services during the service period, DJI provides you with a 1-year warranty extension as a reward.
