Videocraft is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information that is given to us. Because privacy is so important, set out below is a description of when and how we may collect, use, store and disclose personal information. It also details the type of information we collect, and who we allow to access it.
Customer Information
Videocraft respects the privacy of information obtained from our customers and we adhere to Australia’s national privacy principles when dealing with customer information.
Videocraft will only collect information in a lawful and fair manner, and in a way that is not unreasonably intrusive. It will not use or disclose such information for any purpose other than the purpose for which it is collected unless it obtains written authority from the person concerned.
We only collect information if it is necessary for our business purposes, namely, providing Videocraft services or products.
Some examples of the types of personal information that we may collect includes contact details (such as name, phone number, e-mail and postal address), and bank account details.
If a customer chooses not to provide us with particular information that has been requested, Videocraft may not be able to provide that customer with the service or product which they have requested.
Collection of Personal Information
Videocraft will collect personal information from the customer directly, unless it is not reasonable or practicable to do so. Examples of direct collection include when you give us information in person, by telephone, or in documents (such as an application form).
Additional Collection for Marketing and Analytics
We may also collect certain information indirectly through digital tools, such as cookies, tracking pixels, session replay or screen recording technologies, and heatmaps on our websites. Videocraft does not sell, rent or trade personal information with others. However, we may disclose customer information in the following circumstances:

- To the customer's financial institution;
- To contractors, agents or third-party service providers that provide administration or other services in connection with the operation of Video craft's business (e.g. individuals who are authorised to administer the Videocraft's computer systems, financial or legal advisers, mailing houses etc.); and
- To any related companies of Videocraft or any companies involved in a corporate or business restructure of Videocraft.
Security of Customer Information
Videocraft takes all reasonable steps to protect customer information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Customer information is stored securely whether in an electronic or physical form. For example, only staff needing access to the information are allowed access. Customer information is stored in secured premises or in electronic databases requiring logins and passwords.
Some information is kept for a number of years to comply with legal requirements. Any customer information that is no longer needed is destroyed.
Access to Customer Information
Some individuals have rights to access their information, subject to the exceptions allowed by law.
