The Canon CF-R20EP Battery Grip with a Cooling Fan & Ethernet features a multispeed fan to keep the camera cool in challenging video production situations and extend capture times. It also features a 2.5G Base-T high-speed ethernet port for fast-paced tethered shooting, extended shooting times, and improved handling in the vertical-shooting orientation.
The ethernet connection enables fast transmission of numerous still photos and videos from event venues to editorial offices through a reliable wired connection, particularly when in Dual Shooting mode. The grip can hold two LP-E6P batteries, effectively doubling battery life. Furthermore, the extended grip design allows for a more stable hold and improved multi-controller position. The grip is built with the same weather-resistant construction as the camera body, allowing for use in wet or dusty conditions.
