Replace damaged drones up to two times during the protection plan's duration, including once due to a flyaway scenario. Please note:  A replacement fee is required for product replacement. The code will be emailed to the customer in two to three business days. Customer information will be relayed to DJI for activation. DJI will email the customer to confirm registration once processed.
