The DJI Care Refresh Protection 1-Year Plan for Avata provides one year of coverage. This manufacturer protection plan includes accidental damage protection, flyaway coverage, and safe flying rewards. Replace damaged drones up to two times during the protection plan's duration, or replace a drone once due to a flyaway scenario. Free two-way shipping is also included.

 

Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement. The code will be emailed to the customer in 2 to 3 business days. Customer information will be relayed to DJI for activation. DJI will email the customer to confirm registration once processed.

 

Applicability

DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft if it is a brand new and unactivated aircraft or an aircraft activated within the last 48 hours. Please note that DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it is purchased. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.


Flyaway Coverage

To ensure your aircraft is supported by the flyaway replacement service, please bind your DJI account and the remote controller with the aircraft in advance via the app. The flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or remote controller was unbound before the flyaway occurred.


Product Replacement

If damage or a flyaway scenario occurs to the product during normal use or from an accident, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI. Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement.


Rewards for Safe Flight

Throughout the service period, if you haven't used any replacements or repair services, DJI will provide a 1-year warranty extension as a reward.
