The Logickeyboard Astra 2 Adobe Premiere Pro CC Keyboard for Windows is a wired USB-A editing keyboard built for the Windows version of Premiere Pro CC. It uses a 104-key US English layout with standard letters, numbers and symbols, while adding colour-coded shortcut keys, multimedia controls and scissor-switch key mechanisms for a familiar but more edit-focused setup.

Backlit for different workspaces

The Astra 2 includes five levels of dimmable backlighting, making it easier to work in bright studios, darker edit suites or late-night sessions. The illuminated keys are designed to stay readable across changing lighting conditions without altering the standard keyboard layout.

Built-in USB expansion

A built-in USB 3.0 Type-A port lets you connect an accessory directly from the keyboard, such as a mouse, contour shuttle or USB dongle. The attached 1.8 m cable uses two separate USB-A connections, with one handling keyboard power and the other running the USB hub.

Simple setup and everyday compatibility

Plug-and-play support means no extra drivers are required, and the keyboard draws power directly from the USB bus with no separate power supply. Because the key layout keeps standard characters in their usual positions, it can also work as a straightforward replacement keyboard for general use.

Built for regular editing use

The scissor-switch key design is rated for more than 10 million keystrokes per key, which suits frequent daily use in editing environments. If you need access to the function row, it can be activated using FN + F7 or another key in the function key row.
