Panasonic AW-UE210 4K Global Shutter PTZ Camera, 22x Zoom, ST 2110/Dante (White)

The Panasonic AW-UE210 4K Global Shutter PTZ Camera in white combines a 5K 1.2-type MOS global-shutter sensor with responsive pan, tilt and a 22x optical zoom lens. Its 80° horizontal viewing angle suits confined spaces, while Auto Framing helps maintain composition. For IP workflows, it supports SMPTE ST 2110 and Dante, including uncompressed 4K video output.

Global Shutter 5K Imaging

The AW-UE210W uses a 1.2-type 5K MOS sensor with a global shutter for detailed 4K production. The global shutter minimises skew and distortion when capturing fast action, while also helping reduce flicker with LED walls and dynamic event lighting. It supports high frame rate recording up to 120 fps and HD recording up to 180 fps for slow-motion coverage.

22x Zoom and Fast PTZ Movement

A 22x optical zoom lens provides an approximately 80° horizontal field of view at its widest setting, suitable for wide shots in studios, venues and confined installation positions. Zoom speed is adjustable from approximately 0.5 seconds for a fast telephoto-to-wide move through to 180 seconds for slow, controlled transitions. The pan and tilt mechanism is designed for smooth movement across low to ultra-high operating speeds.

Built-In Auto Framing

AI-based Auto Framing can track a subject and maintain a chosen composition directly within the camera. Operators can switch between automatic and semi-automatic operation, allowing the camera to handle framing while retaining the ability to make manual composition adjustments during a production.

ST 2110 and Dante Network Workflows

As the AW-UE210 white model, this camera supports SMPTE ST 2110 for IP-based production systems and Dante audio networking. It can output uncompressed 4K video over ST 2110, with JPEG XS low-latency transmission planned for a future update. Support for NDI High Bandwidth, SRT, FreeD and OpenTrackIO also allows integration with streaming, virtual production and tracking workflows.
