Rode LPA1 Low-Profile Microphone Studio Desk Arm is a professional support arm for microphones and other studio equipment in recording, broadcasting, live streaming and podcasting setups. Its compact profile helps keep the workspace clear and stays below the camera’s line of sight, making it suitable for studios and home workspaces where a tidy, unobstructed desk is important for regular recording and content production.

Reach and positioning

With a 750mm extended horizontal reach, the arm provides vertical adjustment from 90 degrees upwards to 60 degrees downwards. Its 360-degree articulation and ball mount allow precise positioning for end-address and side-address microphones, with smooth, quiet movement during adjustments.

Desk mounting and load capacity

The included desk clamp attaches to surfaces up to 70mm thick. The LPA1 supports microphones and other compatible studio equipment weighing up to 2kg.

Cable management

Integrated cable management routes microphone cables along the arm, helping reduce clutter and keep the desk setup organised.

Thread compatibility

The universal thread system supports common microphone mounting standards, allowing the LPA1 to work with a wide range of microphones, mounts and studio accessories.
