True wireless intercom design

This is a 9-person full-duplex intercom system built around single-ear wireless headsets, with no hub or bodypack required. Any headset can take the master role, so setup is more flexible than fixed master systems. It can also be expanded to support up to 13 headsets, and it works with Synco XTalk X and XMax systems if you need to build on an existing setup.

Long-range communication for larger productions

The system uses 2.4 GHz wireless transmission with a stated range of up to 500 m in unobstructed conditions. Dual high-gain external antennas on each headset help maintain a stable link, while anti-interference design and boost mode with intelligent spectrum switching are intended to improve reliability in busier RF environments.

Clearer speech and practical monitoring

Synco’s AI Audio Echo Cancellation 2.0 is designed to reduce echo, reverberation, and background noise across a 150 Hz to 7 kHz range, helping speech stay intelligible in active production environments. Noise reduction can be toggled directly from the headset controls. A 3.5 mm monitoring output also allows real-time audio monitoring from devices such as cameras or recorders while staying in communication with the crew.

Battery life and included accessories

Each headset is designed for up to 24 hours of operation, using 1050 mAh rechargeable batteries that recharge in about 2.5 hours. In the box are rechargeable batteries, charging stations, charging cables, windscreens, and foam cushions. There is also a one-button mute function available when a headset is operating as the master, allowing all remote headsets to be muted at once.
