The Synco XTalk XMax13 Full-Duplex 13 Person Wireless Intercom System gives crews true wireless, full-duplex communication for up to 13 users without a hub or bodypack. It combines 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth connectivity, AI noise cancellation, and a range up to 500 m, while dual-ear headsets, selectable master operation, audio monitoring, and 24-hour battery life suit demanding production and event work.

Scalable team communication

The system supports full-duplex communication for up to 13 headsets at once, with no hub or bodypack required. Any headset in the group can be assigned as the master, which helps keep the system running if the original master drops out. It also supports multiple talk groups and can be expanded with compatible XTalk X and XTalk XPro headsets for teams already using the wider Synco ecosystem.

Long-range wireless performance

Using 2.4 GHz wireless with dual external antennas, the XMax13 is rated for transmission up to 500 metres in suitable conditions. Boost mode and one-button frequency switching are designed to improve signal stability and help reduce interference from obstacles, built-up areas, or movement across larger venues and production sites.

Noise control and monitoring

An AI noise-cancellation chip works with a dual-mic algorithm to reduce background noise and keep speech clearer in busy environments. The system can also allow ambient sound through when needed for nearby conversations. For production use, the 3.5 mm monitor jack supports real-time audio monitoring from devices such as cameras and recorders while staying connected to the intercom.

Battery life and everyday operation

Each dual-ear headset uses a replaceable 1050 mAh rechargeable battery with up to 24 hours of runtime, and charging is handled through the included charging station. Bluetooth support allows switching between intercom use and mobile device connection for calls or audio playback. There is also a one-touch dominate mode that lets the master headset mute all remote headsets so instructions can be delivered clearly to the whole team.
