The Sennheiser HMD 300 XQ-2 Headset with Boom Microphone & Cable is comprised of the HMD 300 Pro communications headset and the Cable-II-X3K1-Gold headset cable. The headset's closed-back, over-ear design provides up to 32 dB of passive noise attenuation while the padded headband and earcups ensure comfortable wearing. The detachable 2m straight cable features a coiled section to mitigate handling noise. It utilizes copper wiring and is terminated with gold-plated XLR 3-pin and 1/4" jacks.

With a proprietary connector at the headset end and XLR 3-pin and 1/4" jacks at the other, it is compatible with HMD 300/301 Pro, HMD/HME 26-II, and HMD/HME 27 Pro headsets.
